These have enabled turn communication into an interactive dialogue.

 

1. Access to Information - we use google to look for information from the website. This is because it gives us the option to customize our searches.
   
   
   
   
2. Remote Collaboration - whereas we use Yammer for our weekly reports, we use PBWorks for proposal and report writting. We also use Google docs to store our Annual Narrative Reports which are now available online.

4. Social Networking - We use these platforms to enable two way traffick between the authors and the respondents.

7. Webface Conferencing & Desktop Sharing - we use these amongst ourselves, for our weekly meetings as well as with partners. We love these tools because we can attend meetings irrespective of where we are as long as we are connected to the internet
